I hereby declare that

• I will abide by the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003 and Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code and other conditions of Supply) Regulation 2005.I will further abide by rules & regulations issued by regulatory bodies & MSEDCL from time to time. I have not claimed the Security Deposit amount manually earlier before and I am agreed for the refund amount. I shall pay the energy bill as per prevailing MSEDCL tariff. If premises is declared unauthorized then at the time of vacation by Competent Authority MSEDCL shall have liberty to remove the electric connection immediately.
• The details furnished by above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I undertake to inform you of any changes therein, immediately. In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am aware that I may be held liable for it. I further authorize to MSEDCL to make e-payment, any sum due to me, as per MSEDCL rules in the Bank Account provided by me.
