Managing User Account

You have to create a user account in the WSS module, to access the various features available. You can then view announcements made by MSEDCL, add a connection to your account, give a request for a new connection or disconnection, view the status of a service request or create a new one, edit your account preferences, make payments, view history, or remove a connection from your account.
